Hooters Casino Hotel Las Vegas’ County Bar Opens with Udderly Crazy Cattle Drive
LAS VEGAS— Dixie’s Dam Country Bar will throw open its doors at Hooters Casino Hotel Las Vegas Memorial Day weekend, complete with a Hooters-style “cattle drive” on Friday, May 23, and a performance by country music star, Joe Diffie, on Saturday, May 24.
Hooters will host its own brand of cattle drive with a herd of orange-spotted cows gone astray in the Los Angeles area. The cows, or rather, people dressed in Hooters’ cow costumes, will hitchhike their way from 10 different Hooters restaurants to the bright lights of Las Vegas. The cattle drive will culminate early Friday afternoon at 3 p.m., kicking off the Memorial Day Weekend celebration at Dixie’s Double D.
Along with the performance by Diffie and the arrival of 10 tuckered-out cows, guests on opening weekend will be entertained by Miss Hooters International 2006, Michelle Nunes; and some of Hooters’ own sexy Rack Pack, celebrating the release of their own $5 gaming chips, chatting with guests and autographing Hooters calendars, individual photos and issues of Playboy’s February 2008, featuring the Rack Pack—all of which also will be on sale.
